This resource was published in 1985 but is still very useful in showing students the origins in nature of common tāniko patterns. It can also support students to create their own stylised motifs from nature. The creator of this poster Phillip Paea has very graciously granted permission for this resource to be published for the benefit of kaiako and ākonga.
